Our company is very different from other magnet companies, we have many core competencies, which help us to improve production efficiency and reduce costs:
•The pass rate of most of our magnet products is more than 90%, such as the pass rate of our typical products block magnet of washing machine & segment magnet of air conditioning fan is about 95%, which is about 5% ~10% higher than most competitors.
•Through mold design and manufacturing process optimization, the material utilization rate is about 70%~75%, which is about 10% higher than the competitors.
•We are continuing to polish our productivity and cost. The performance of all our core management and the incentive of virtual equity are closely related to the final pass rate and cost, it is also one of key reason.
