Power Tools

Up to now, our business covers the vast majority of power tool magnetic products, including both hard magnets and soft magnets.

We supply many magnets and stator components for power tool manufacturers, serving well-known enterprises from Europe, America, Japan and other regions.

The segments, rings, or the finished rotors and stators produced by our company can still deliver excellent performance even under the high operating temperatures of heavy-duty power tools.

Standard RS Series Brushed DC Motors

RS series brushed DC motors are a widely used category of peranent magnet DC motors, standardized by frame size and appearance. Common models include RS‑380, RS‑385, RS‑540, RS‑550, RS‑775, RS‑895 and so on.
These motors feature a simple structure, high starting torque, stable performance, and easy speed control. They are typically powered by 6V–24V DC, with carbon brushes and a commutator for commutation.
Due to their low cost, high reliability and strong overload capacity, RS series motors are extensively applied in economical power tools.

Ferrite Segment Magnets

Ferrite Segment Magnets are the most cost-effective choice for basic power tools.

Widely used in DC brushed motors.

They deliver stable magnetic properties, good demagnetization and corrosion resistance, suitable for electric drills, angle grinders, wrenches and other handheld tools.

Compared with rare-earth magnets, they greatly lower costs while satisfying general torque and speed demands.

With mature production and easy assembly, they boost manufacturing efficiency.

They also perform steadily over a wide temperature range, ensuring reliable long-term operation in different working conditions.

SMD Powder inductor

The NR series SMD inductor is a high-performance electronic component with outstanding features. For some models, the operating temperature range can reach -55°C to +155°C, and they adopt a shield & slim SMD structure. With high power, high saturation and low resistance, these inductors are coated with magnetic glue to reduce noise. Their closed magnetic circuit design minimizes magnetic leakage and enhances anti-EMI ability, suitable for various electronic application scenarios.
